Purchases & Refunds

Most times payments won't go through online because of insufficient funds on your account. Please insure that you have enough money on your account. NB. Be aware that international exchange rates will affect the price and they fluctuate
Make sure to preview a course properly before purchasing. Refunds are not possible for online courses


You can always change your account your name or change how it appears. You can do this by clicking on the toolbar in the header which would lead you to your profile page, that's where you can make the changes. NB. You cant change your main username which you login with.
We occasionally send you emails informing you of life transforming opportunities and in-demand courses. If you want to opt out simply open any email sent from us and click the UNSUBSCRIBE link there

Missing mobile purchase
If you purchased a course on iOS or Android, it's possible that the course was not registered to your account. Please email your purchase receipt to
